The ability to evaluate, summarise, find the balance between risk and investment, and define shared procedures to apply in case of an emergency are all concepts that have become familiar to many in recent months, but these skills have long characterised security professionals who, now more than ever before, are called upon to invest in themselves and make continuous training a distinctive element of their professionalism.
