Just as European and national regulations—and consequently corporate investments—are focusing on urban redevelopment as a necessary prerequisite for achieving sustainability and comfort goals aimed at improving urban centers, MIBA will view the building as the central element of several dimensions:
 

• Design, understood as an essential part of an building's renewal and as a fundamental moment of collaboration between professionals with diverse expertise, united by the common goal of conceptualizing, planning, and developing the architectural and functional vision of a structure, transforming needs and ideas into a tangible, actionable project.
  
  
• Sustainability, considered in its three aspects (social, economic, and environmental), which constitutes the cornerstone for the redevelopment of a building. This is expressed through accessibility, the use of eco-friendly materials, bioclimatic design, and the implementation of smart technologies for monitoring and managing energy consumption.
  
  
• Safety, encompassing all technologies and measures that ensure the building’s occupants can live daily in comfort. This also includes data security and management, which are essential for the operational continuity of a smart, connected building.
  
  
• Digitalization, an indispensable tool both in the design phase and in the management of the building’s various functions. It is through digitalization that comfort, safety, and sustainability are practically implemented.
