In the wake of digital convergence, the role of Designers and System Integrators is also changing significantly.
While historically system integrators used different devices and components to harmonise them into a single security architecture, with the technological transition, artificial intelligence, wireless and IoT systems, the solutions to be implemented have become complex and layered.
This is why the theme of integrating multiple security systems, now made possible by advanced software platforms, will be central to SICUREZZA and MIBA, participating together with GEE-Global Elevator Exhibition, ME-Made expo and Smart Building Expo.
A holistic and transversal approach that will allow us to reflect on the necessary synergies to be implemented to make all the markets contributing to the evolution of buildings and cities work at their best, and already appreciated by several exhibitors.
Maddalena Nocivelli, President DAB Sistemi Integrati, commented: "DAB will be attending SICUREZZA again this year, both to contribute with its products to the presentation of technological innovations in the entire Security chain, and to participate in meetings and exchanges of information essential for those who work - in various capacities - in the sector. [...] MIBA - the Milan International Building Alliance undoubtedly represents an opportunity to network and build new alliances between suppliers from the different markets that will be involved in the four events. Every collaborative project, which opens up an appropriate and positive dialogue and develops synergies, can contribute to promoting innovation and technological development across the board: because no one alone is able to overcome the many challenges already present in our daily lives."
There will be no shortage of visibility opportunities for new products focused on integration, which is why, continues Nocivelli, "We will participate in the new PSIM SFERA lead your security - Integrated Protection Platfom: a monitoring and integrated management platform for complex Physical Security systems that renews the approach to security, maintaining the architecture that centralises, monitors and interacts with different types of sensors, equipment and multi-brand systems, but at the same time developing functions consistent with the new themes of Cyber Protection, Advanced Video Analysis, Data Monitoring, and Risk Prevention. And guaranteeing the mandatory flexibility, scalability and user experience."
For Eleonora Marini, Head of Marketing and Communication at Security Trust Group, a group that designs and installs integrated systems for companies, large-scale retail trade, banking institutions and public bodies, exchange of information and integration are also a priority: "With MIBA, there will be an opportunity to take full advantage of the visibility in the construction sector and create important and complementary business synergies." Furthermore, continues Marini, “SICUREZZA will be an opportunity for us to introduce ourselves to the market as a Group, which today consists of four companies: Security Trust, STControl, Whysecurity and Logica Pro. A group that is growing and expects to find new ideas and opportunities for discussion with operators and visitors at the fair. This year's theme for us will be Sustainability: as a system integrator we are always looking for advanced technologies to propose innovative solutions that can have an impact both on the safety of people and communities and on the environment."
Barbara Farulli, CEO CRISMA Security, also emphasised the importance of participating with its most innovative and functional system integration products: "SICUREZZA is definitely the most important showcase at the Italian level in the field of security. An opportunity to meet and talk with industry professionals, customers, integrators, designers. Among the innovations we will present is an innovative PSIM system for managing security systems. Artificial Intelligence and video analysis are also proposed and integrated in various forms. In addition, we will bring drone detection systems, both commercial and military, and systems to fly drones controlled by sensors such as radar and thermal radar.”
