Training credits, certifications and the reassurance that they can interface with skilled technicians, brought in through the manufacturer, at any time, seem to be the winning cards.
“We hope that as many professionals as possible will seize this opportunity. Now we are making a new effort: the December courses will give those who pass the final test CMQ-Cersa and TÜV credits. This is a way to gratify our audience” - say CIAS.
Lince see the courses as helpful too, because “being a company that designs and manufactures, we are constantly updating our products. Not only do the courses provide an adequate knowledge of our systems, they also offer a general overview of the market, both from a technical and legislative point of view, which is also useful for professionals who install several brands”.
“Our training centre” - add Roger Technology - “offers refresher courses, professionalism and a meeting point, offering an opportunity to touch the products and exchange experiences, with the ultimate aim of increasing the quality of installation of our products for complete protection and providing the end consumer with a guarantee. Our company focuses on innovation and quality and we want the installer to achieve success, like ours, through quality”.
Urmet: “Our courses facilitate operation, especially when dealing with new products. We are also there for those cannot attend the courses, thanks to our constant free assistance, but participating gives you the chance to touch things and appreciate the practical evidence, making you more ready to interface with the customer's requests”.
The criteria applied to those who have a network of certified installers are slightly different.
AVS Electronics take a different approach depending on the target. “AVS certified installers are required to undergo continuous training, either through our courses or those organised by our distribution network. Those who decide to install our products independently have no obligation to attend courses, but it is clear that we recommend them, because attendance of our courses makes things easier for them, especially during the start-up phase”.
The DAITEM approach is the same: “participation is free, but it becomes compulsory for Partner Installers, because they must be prepared in the best possible way. We usually propose training plans because we believe it is the quickest and most natural way to gain a better understanding of our commercial range. Under the guidance of our technical staff, it is possible to learn all about the peculiarities and advantages of our solutions. These are very important learning moments that allow us to establish a direct relationship with our staff, knowing that they will provide continuous support even when the specific event is over”.
Aikom Technology: “We distribute more than 30 brands, but only some of them impose mandatory certifications. Major brands insist that the courses must be completed in order to be included in their programmes, but the basic and intermediate levels of the courses can be carried out completely online. Over the last two years, the big brands have made huge strides in this direction, making it easier for small installers, who find it hard to physically attend a large number of face-to-face courses. Of course a live course is different, especially when it comes to products and installations: getting your hands dirty is invaluable".
