ConFederSicurezza 2023 report: focus on Lombardia - Numbers in the private security sector and new professionalism

The numbers speak clearly: according to the survey conducted by Format Research for ConFederSicurezza e Servizi - Lombardia, private security companies certified by the Ministry of the Interior generate a turnover of over 800 million euros, which is equal to over 22% of the national figure , while the total staff employed in the area exceeds 20 thousand units.

 

Lombardia is highly strategic for the private security sector, because one company out of five is developing to keep up with the times, both in terms of new technologies and new professionalism.

 

For this reason, since 2023 ConFederSicurezza e Servizi, thanks to an agreement with Confcommercio Milano, has been operationally present in the Milanese and Lombardia area directly alongside its companies, expanding its membership base also to security professionals, with the new association AISeM (Associazione Italian Security Manager).

 

ConFederSicurezza's renewed participation in SICUREZZA aims to constitute a hub of information, discussion and comparison, not only with the membership base, but above all with the professionals and stakeholders present.
