Intrusion and robbery detection alarm systems are among the essential components of safety systems.

CEI course “Alarm Systems” provides those principles which are the base for designing such installations; at  the same time, the course describes the component subsystems (detectors, control unit and alarm devices) and the standardization framework.

In particular, starting from the identification, analysis and evaluation of risks, the course will detail steps and criteria that must be respected during design, production, verification and maintenance.

The course will also delve into the calculation of the performance level that allows to define the safety degree that is achievable by an intrusion and robbery detection alarm system.
