Renewable Energy Communities (CER) are a tool made available to territories in the transition process towards renewable energy production; there are many actors potentially involved (private individuals, small-medium enterprises, Third Sector entities), but an important role in their diffusion can be played by the Municipalities.

Anci Lombardia and AnciLab are organizing a meeting to provide an update on the legislation and useful information to Administrations and to SMEs to start the path towards Energy Communities.

Regulatory framework, resources and opportunities will be examined to clarify the active role with which Municipalities can promote this radical change in energy production; in particular, a reflection will be made on the PNRR calls for tenders which introduce a specific line of support for the creation of CERs in small Municipalities and on other financing possibilities foreseen for this type of investments.
